Helping children reach their potential through individualized support. BAS provides ethical, individualized, and meaningful support to children, families, schools, and communities.
Every child, every family, and every situation is unique — there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and community partners to create individualized plans that help children succeed at home, in school, and throughout their community.
While services are often influenced by diagnoses, insurance authorizations, evaluations, and educational team decisions, our promise remains the same: we will do everything within our ability to help families navigate available resources and find the services that best meet their child’s needs.

Whether your district needs a single consultation or ongoing behavioral support throughout the school year, BAS can customize services to meet your needs.
BAS is proud to be recognized by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as an Approved Private Agency (APA), providing specialized educational services for students whose IEP team determines their needs cannot be appropriately met within their current educational setting. DESE oversees the approval process and establishes standards for agencies that provide these services.
Our program partners with school districts and families to provide individualized educational programming and intensive behavioral supports in a structured, therapeutic learning environment. Our goal is to help students build the academic, behavioral, communication, and social skills needed to be successful, while working collaboratively toward the least restrictive educational environment appropriate for each child.
